ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
This workshop centres around a 90-minute guided group tapping (EFT) session on Zoom, designed to help you reconnect with your body, deepen your sense of grounding, and return to a felt experience of safety, presence, and inner stability.
We’ll gently work with tension, stress, or disconnection held in the body and nervous system, and use tapping to support regulation, softening, and reconnection to your natural grounded state.
Leave the session feeling more anchored, present, and at home in yourself—supported from within, and more able to move through life with ease, clarity, and steadiness.

Do I need to attend the live zoom sessions?
Live attendance is encouraged for group tapping and shared energy, but it’s not required. Event replay will be available to access over a 1 year period, so you can go at your own pace.
How long is the Zoom group session?
The Zoom live session is 90 minutes with a 10-minute break.
Will I get one-on-one support? This self-paced workshop gives you access to the replay of the original live tapping session to revisit when you need it. Private sessions are available separately for individual support.
What if I fall behind or get busy?
That’s okay! You’ll have 1 years access to the live recording and all pdf tapping scripts are available for download and print.
How do I know if this is right for me?

What if I’ve never done EFT before?

Hi, I’m Janine — EFT coach, Bowen therapist, and intuitive energy practitioner with 20 years of experience in energy reading and healing. I work with people who want to feel more grounded, embodied, and connected to themselves.
In the Living Rooted workshop, we focus on coming back into the body, settling the nervous system, and reconnecting with a felt sense of grounding, presence, and inner stability. Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or tapping), we gently work with what’s showing up in the body so you can begin to release tension and return to a more supported state of being.
This isn’t about forcing change or getting it right — it’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels practical, supportive, and sustainable.
