Hi there, I'm Janine.
With over 20 years of experience in energy work and meditation, I integrate Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and intuitive practices to support you in restoring balance, reconnecting with your inner clarity, and creating real change from within.
In EFT Coaching, I guide you in developing a mindset that not only helps clear limiting beliefs, but also supports you in meeting life—whether it brings challenge or joy—with more steadiness and self-trust.
Together, we build your capacity to stay grounded through life’s ups and downs. You learn to work with your emotions rather than be overwhelmed by them, to understand your energy system, and to connect with your body’s signals. Over time, you gain more agency, resilience, and confidence in how you show up in the world.
And from that place—clear, connected, and present—you naturally align with the flow of abundance. You begin to move through life with less resistance, more openness, and a deeper trust in your ability to receive and create what you need.

What happens in a session?
We begin by exploring what’s present for you—physically, emotionally, or energetically. From there, we use guided tapping, visualization, and intuitive insight to help uncover and release what’s keeping you stuck or overwhelmed.
How is this different from talk therapy?
EFT includes talking, but it also works directly with the body and energy system. It’s a somatic (body-based) process that helps shift how patterns are stored in the nervous system—not just how you think about them.
Do I need to know what the problem is before starting?
Not at all. Many people come in feeling confused or just knowing something feels "off." That’s completely welcome. Together, we gently follow what arises to get to the heart of what’s going on.
Can I book just one session?
Yes. Single sessions are available, and sometimes that’s all you need. Others prefer a series of sessions to explore deeper layers or ongoing challenges.
How should I prepare for a session?
There’s no need to prepare anything specific—just come as you are. It can be helpful to have a quiet space, some water nearby, and maybe a journal if you’d like to jot things down afterward.
Is it safe for everyone?
Yes—EFT is gentle and non-invasive. It works with your own awareness and pacing, and you’re always in control. If something feels like too much, we slow down and stay grounded.
