GOLDEN MILK MAGIC

Turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger have been used for centuries—and not just for flavour.

Turmeric contains curcumin, known for its strong anti-inflammatory properties. Cinnamon may support blood sugar regulation, and ginger is widely used to aid digestion and circulation.

This isn’t just anecdotal. My aunt recently shared that after drinking Golden Milk daily for two weeks, my grandmother’s knee inflammation disappeared.

To make your own, mix 1/4 tsp into warm nut milk (or any milk you like) and drink daily. Simple, time-tested, and surprisingly effective. 

Golden Milk Mix

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 4 tbsp turmeric powder

  • 4 tsp ginger powder

  • 4 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Measure out all ingredients and place them in a glass jar.

  2. Tightly seal the jar and give it a good shake, ensuring all the powders are fully integrated.

  3. Store your Golden Milk Mix in a cool, dark place.

  4. To enjoy the benefits simply add 1/4 tsp of this mix to a warm nut milk or any of your choice.
