ABOUT THIS SERIES
This 5-part Anxiety Tapping Series includes 5 PDF tapping script downloads, each addressing a different aspect of anxiety. The series is designed to gently support your body, mind, and nervous system in releasing tension and creating more ease.
Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), each script helps you recognize and honor holding, meet anxious feelings with self-compassion, and open the possibility of softening — even just a little. The scripts are gentle, invitational, and trauma-informed, offering a safe, practical way to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and create moments of peace throughout your day.

Do I need to attend the live zoom sessions?
Live attendance is encouraged for group tapping and shared energy, but it’s not required. Event replay will be available to access over a 2 year period, so you can go at your own pace.
How long is each Zoom session?
Each class is 90 minutes with a 10-minute break. You'll have time to reflect, tap, and reconnect with yourself.
Will I get one-on-one support? This self-paced workshop gives you access to the replay of the original tapping session. You’ll tap along with me in your own time — and with each round, you’ll deepen the release and amplify the benefits. Private sessions are available for individual support.
What if I fall behind or get busy?
That’s okay! You’ll have 2 years access to recordings, tapping scripts, and notes so you can revisit anytime. Pdf versions of tapping scipts are available for download.

What if I’ve never done EFT before?
