ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

This workshop is a 90-minute guided group EFT (tapping) session on Zoom, designed to help you reconnect with your body, deepen grounding, and return to a felt sense of presence and inner stability.

We’ll work with stress, tension, and disconnection in the body and nervous system, using tapping to support regulation and a more grounded state.

One of the unique benefits of group tapping is the borrowed benefits effect—where your nervous system can shift through attunement and resonance as you tap along with others, even when you are not focusing on your own issue.

You’ll also receive five EFT tapping scripts and a recording to support an ongoing grounding practice beyond the session.

Q + A

Do I need to attend the live zoom sessions?
Live attendance is encouraged for group tapping and shared energy, but it’s not required. Event voice recording will be available to access over a 1 year period, so you can go at your own pace.

How long is the Zoom group session?
The Zoom live session is 90 minutes with a 10-minute break.

Will I get one-on-one support? This self-paced workshop gives you access to the replay of the original live tapping session to revisit when you need it. Private sessions are available separately for individual support.

What if I fall behind or get busy?
That’s okay! You’ll have 1 years access to the live recording and all pdf tapping scripts are available for download and print.

How do I know if this is right for me?

What if I’ve never done EFT before?
No problem! This workshop is beginner-friendly. Included is instruction on tapping and in the live session it’s simply, you can just follow along with me.

Why EFT (Tapping)?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as tapping, is a gentle, body-based approach that combines focused awareness with tapping on acupuncture points to help calm the nervous system, reduce emotional stress, and support greater emotional wellbeing.

Over the past two decades, EFT has been the subject of numerous peer-reviewed studies and has been used in a wide range of settings, including with military veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and people experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and emotional overwhelm.

Research has found that a single one-hour EFT session can reduce cortisol—the body's primary stress hormone—by an average of about 30%, while also improving emotional wellbeing and reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Whether you're completely new to tapping or already have an established practice, you're warmly welcome. This workshop offers a supportive space to reconnect with your body, deepen your grounding, and cultivate greater ease from the inside out.

Hi, I'm Janine — EFT coach, Bowen therapist, and intuitive energy practitioner with over 20 years of experience in energy reading and healing. I work with people who want to feel more grounded, embodied, and connected to themselves.

In the Living Rooted workshop, we focus on coming back into the body, settling the nervous system, and reconnecting with a felt sense of grounding, presence, and inner stability. Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or tapping), we gently work with what's showing up in the body so you can begin to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and return to a more supported state of being.

This isn't about forcing change or getting it right—it's about creating space to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels practical, supportive, and sustainable, while cultivating a grounding practice you can return to long after the workshop is over.
