COLD BUSTER TEA — Clear Congestion
A warming, invigorating tea designed to clear the sinuses, awaken circulation, and support immunity. Drawing on TCM and Ayurvedic wisdom, it stimulates the lungs, warms the body, and balances energy when seasonal changes bring colds or congestion.
Cold Buster Tea
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1–2 inches fresh ginger, sliced 
- Juice of 1 lemon 
- 1–2 tsp honey (or to taste) 
- 1/8–1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste) 
- 2–3 cups hot water 
Directions:
- Pour hot water over sliced ginger in a mug or teapot. 
- Let steep for 5–10 minutes. 
- Add lemon juice, honey, and cayenne pepper. Stir well. 
- Sip slowly while warm, inhaling the steam to open nasal passages.

- Ginger – Warms the body, moves Qi, supports digestion, disperses cold 
- Cayenne pepper – Opens sinuses, moves stagnant energy, stimulates circulation 
- Lemon – Supports Liver Qi, gently detoxifies, balances energy
