Tapping Script: Springtime & New Beginnings
[tapping on the side of the hand]
Even though a part of me might still feel sleepy from winter,
I welcome the energy of spring.
[tapping through the points]
This fresh breeze, this new light,
It stirs something inside me.
A quiet readiness,
Maybe a sense that something is waking up in me too.
I allow myself to gently let go of what no longer serves me.
Like the trees that release old branches,
Or the earth that softens to make room for growth.
I honour the stillness that came before.
And I open to what’s next, even if I don’t know what that is yet.
Maybe I’m ready to plant new seeds,
New ideas, new energy,
New ways of being that feel lighter, freer, more aligned.
And maybe I don’t have to rush it.
Spring doesn’t force itself open—
It unfolds, day by day.
I breathe in the energy of new life.
I feel the sunlight reaching my skin.
I imagine tiny roots of intention growing beneath me,
Anchoring me as I stretch toward the light.
If I’ve been holding back,
I give myself permission to begin again.
If I’ve been afraid to change,
I remember how natural growth can be.
I let spring’s gentle energy support me.
I welcome fresh starts,
Little joys,
A renewed sense of possibility.
I give myself space to blossom—
In my own way, in my own time.
